- HBK personnel have experience as the project managers of projects large and small. We provide the client with a one-stop shop to obtain any services required to successfully add value to the client’s assets.
- In the project management role HBK will be responsible for developing budgets, accounting, and schedules, planning and contracting, integration of services, engineering and geosciences analysis, regulatory permitting and applications preparation, submission and stewardship, EPCM selection and management, field operations, and much more.

Gerry Hampshire holds a B Sc.in Petroleum Engineering and has over twenty five years’ experience in exploitation engineering including managing the geoscientists, engineers, and operations staff involved in the development and implementation of various exploitation plans.
He is currently located in Calgary and provides engineering and operations consulting services to the oil industry. In the past Gerry was the President of Osage Plains Resources, a private start up company operating in the USA.
Positions prior to that include the Vice President of Exploitation for Megawest Energy, Exploitation Manager at Deer Creek Energy.
Gerry has worked as an employee on numerous thermal, EOR, and conventional oil and gas properties with ConocoPhillips, Veba Oil and Gas, and Imperial Oil. -
Joe McDonald
Operations Manager

Mr. Joe McDonald has over twenty two years of heavy oil and gas experience, with various key roles in operations of major oil and gas projects world wide.
Prior to joining HBK resources, Mr. McDonald has held key operational roles with Shell Canada, Albian Sands and Deer Creek Energy. He holds multiple conventional and thermal operational tickets.
